How does our Recruitment process work for your company?
1^st Your company describes the Professional profile, for example: time of experience, kind of skills, age, sex and other characteristics needed for the vacancy.
2^nd Having the candidate’s profile we initiate the search for curriculums in our and other database and different advertisements.
3^th We initiate the Sourcing process of the professionals that respond to the profiles obtained by your company.
4^th We publish the curriculums via internet, your company then select the best Professionals.
In this stage we can also present “skill demonstration video” in which the Professional will be executing a specific job/duty.
5^th We then prepare the paper work/documents needed to apply for the visa of each selected Professional.
Before this stage we can host your team in Brazil which will be selecting and interviewing the Professionals through a “demonstration skill test”.
